Mile End Bagels

We recently visited Mile End Bagels at Brunswick and it was such a satisfying experience.

We ordered the brisket bagel, the avocado and chilli oil bagel, and an iced strawberry matcha. Honestly, the food was outstanding. The brisket bagel was rich, tender and packed with flavour. The meat was beautifully balanced with the other fillings. Every bite felt generous and comforting.

The avocado and chilli oil bagel was just as impressive. Fresh, vibrant and full of texture, with that gentle chilli kick bringing everything together. It felt simple but done exceptionally well, which is often harder to achieve than it sounds.

The iced strawberry matcha was delicious in flavour. The strawberry added a lovely sweetness that paired beautifully with the earthy matcha. The only small downside was that it was not quite cold enough. On a warmer day especially, it would be even better served properly chilled. That said, the taste itself was spot on.

Overall, a fantastic visit. Great flavours, quality ingredients and bagels done right. Definitely a place we would happily return to when in Brunswick.
